Are these prints or originals?

All artworks begin as original oil pastel pieces, hand-drawn by me in my home studio. The versions available here are prints, carefully created to stay true to the originals. You can see more of my process and how I make my art on TikTok if you're interested (GeorgieVincentArt).

Can I get a framed print?

At the moment, prints are sold unframed. This allows you to choose your own frame to match your space.

Do you take commissions?

I open commissions periodically in short windows to take on small batches. If you'd like to stay in the loop on when they are next open, you can join my mailing list or follow me on Instagram (@georgievincentart).

Where do you ship from?

Each print is shipped from my home studio in the UK.

How long will it take to arrive?

I aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Things can be slowed down by customs, external factors and busy periods, so please keep this in mind. 

If you ordered as part of the Sun Bathing preorder:

Most orders were dispatched on the 21st of May. For those that selected Royal Mail International Standard shipping, this service usually takes 6-7 working days to be delivered from dispatch. Please allow some additional time for customs processing or occasional postal delays. Thank you again for supporting my art it means so much! 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship internationally. If your country isn't listed at checkout, get in touch and I'll see what I can do hellogeorgievincent@gmail.com.

What if something’s not right?

If anything doesn’t look how you expected, just get in touch and I’ll do my very best to make it right. Your order should bring you joy and it's really important to me that you have a good experience when buying my artwork. You can contact me at hellogeorgievincent@gmail.com.

Please note that the colours of the art prints may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. Every digital display has different settings and shows colours differently. Printed ink on paper naturally looks a little different to a bright, backlit screen. I work hard to make sure the online images match the physical prints as closely as possible, but please allow for these minor variations when your order arrives. Thank you!
